PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any canceled orders/items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued. We do consider all pre orders shipped within 30 days of approx. ship date to be on time. Pre orders are not refundable. They may be returned for a full in store credit or a size exchange but cannot be refunded.
* you may pre-order merchandise right from our website and PAY IN FULL for your items at the time the order is placed--your credit card is charged at that time.
* Because the items you order are purchased especially for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, and because as our inventory is purchased, we re-order available stock. Cancelled pre-orders will be charged a 25% cancellation fee and the remaining balance will be put toward an "in store credit."
* We will always do our best to exchange sizes for you when the size you pre-order doesn't work and if your size is unavailable, we will exchange your pre-order. We will not exchange for another pre-order item.
* FREE Shipping applies to items shipped at the same time for all orders over $75. If you have different delivery dates or different groups on the same order you will receive your first shipment free and a flat $7.50 priority fee will be charged for each additional shipment.
* In stock items placed with a preorder will be considered a separate order and shipping prices will be adjusted. In stock items will ship immediately and cannot be held to ship with preorders.
* If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be fully refunded or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be fully refunded.

Items must be returned in original packaging and all tags still attached to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable.
Items received later than 14 days of delivery receipt will be accepted for store credit. Return items received after 30 days are not accepted and will be returned at the customers expense. No exceptions. Sale items are not returnable for a refund, but may be exchanged for another item or size or store credit if returned withing 14 days of delivery receipt.
All sales are final after 14 days of delivery receipt. Items identified as a "final sale" are not returnable..Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.
* Items eligible for refund, exchange or store credit MUST BE RECEIVED within 14 days of customer's delivery receipt of these items. ALL SALES FINAL ON MERCHANDISE MARKED AT 40% OFF OR MORE. NO EXCEPTIONS. ORDERS WILL BE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

* Swimming suits and * Shoes are non-refundable but can be returned for instore credit or size exchange.
* We will exchange SPECIAL OCCASION, PARTY DRESSES, PETTISKIRTS, CHRISTENING GOWNS, HOLY COMMUNION & HOLIDAY/SEASONAL items for size change only WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEMS (if size is not available, store credit will be given).
* Holiday apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the Holidays.
* We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.
* Any items purchases as a Preorder, MARKED AS SALE PRICE, or orders using a discount code are considered sale items and are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be returned for an in store gift certificate. These gift certificates are valid ONE YEAR from date of issue and automatically expire AT ONE YEAR.
* Gift certificates must be used at the time of placing an order. We do not refund on any gift certificates.
